Check the author and scope
A coach can explain general exercise. A clinician, registered dietitian, or other licensed professional has a different scope. Expertise in one area does not transfer automatically to another.

Treat certainty as a warning
Health information should acknowledge limits, alternatives, and situations that need professional care. Absolute promises and universal fixes deserve extra skepticism.
